Transform Data has developed several products and add-ons on top of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365 and the Repstor product suite to maximize the end-user experience by optimizing search experience, providing automated data migrations and integrating financial systems.


Qwickr is a Windows Desktop search application that allows users to search for files in multiple content systems. Previews of files are presented to quickly determine relevance, which makes the long process of downloading and opening files unnecessary. Files can be sorted, grouped or filtered to refine search results to easily find what you are searching for. Furthermore, users can save their personal searches to quickly find custom data sets such as all contracts that are about to expire.

Perform searches against SharePoint, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business and define custom search scopes within these repositories allowing you to limit searches to matters, projects, contracts or any logical structures that have been defined within your organisation.

Results can be previewed with a preview side panel which allows users to quickly verify that they have found the correct document. Qwickr supports previewing of common used documents and emails including attachments.

Applying custom filters to search results allows users to narrow down the results quickly and find the document they need within a few clicks. Optionally search results can be grouped by any field such as the author that allows users to quickly navigate through the results and create their own overviews according to their needs.

Searches, custom filters and grouping can be saved as a “saved search”. This allows users to quickly retrieve custom data sets such as an overview of all contracts that are about to expire, grouped per entity and sorted by contract value. Optionally saved searches can be deployed as part of the product to provide users with a predefined lists of saved searches.

The powerful Repstor (Custodian for Legal) Integration allow users to instantly open the location where they found their documents within Outlook or to limit the search results to a specific matter or project.

Practice Management System Connector

The Practice Management System Connector ensures automatic (one-way) synchronization of the most relevant information from your practice management system to SharePoint. Metadata and folder structures are created in SharePoint for your clients and projects/matters. Only one leading system needed, which synchronizes the latest status and takes care of security updates and archiving.

By using your practice management system as only source of the truth, you only have to enter your data once in the system you already know and use, while the connector takes care of creating and updating all the information in SharePoint.

By automating the archive process the PMS Connector allows users a grace period to file their latest documents and communication to matters and projects, while still ensuring compliance by making specific locations read-only and applying retention policy rules and these items.

 Add and remove clients, project or matters to Outlook (Repstor Affinity) for certain users automatically. For example, matters can automatically appear in Outlook for the legal responsible and his/her secretary on this specific matter.

Receive email notifications in case of any exceptions or use the statistics of the PMS Connector to create BI dashboards and get insights on the number of changes and new matters processed from the PMS to SharePoint.

Leverage the existing connectors to the common used Practice Management Systems such as Aderant, Legalsense and SQL to increase the implementation speed.
