Transform Data and Circle Software collaborate to extend Circle Software SharePoint/O365 Solutions
Eindhoven July 4th – Circle Software (based in Eindhoven) integrates Repstor’ s email technology into its SharePoint solutions to maximise user adoption.
Circle Software provides SharePoint solutions for collaboration, file construction, case handling and archiving to government and educational institutions. Outlook is the primary application for many of their project and policy staff to communicate with their colleagues, clients and partners.
The partnership arose because Circle Software sought a way to improve support in the daily work for their project and policy staff. The end users want to see and manage their project files from Outlook. In such a manner that it doesn’t cause an administrative burden, whilst the archive must comply with legal and procedural requirements for accountability.
After extensive market consulting, Circle Software has chosen Transform Data and the Repstor products. In the meantime, the parties have integrated their technologies with each other and the total solution has already been successfully implemented by several Circle Software customers.
Remi Scholten, Unit Manager SharePoint at Circle Software: “The collaboration with Transform Data is an enrichment of our existing product portfolio that immediately increased the value of our SharePoint solutions for customers. We’ve seamlessly integrated the Repstor product with our software, the end user works in his familiar environment, almost oblivious to the changes, yet immediately benefiting from the opportunities.”
Walter Henrard, CTO at Transform Data International: “We are pleased to welcome Circle Software Group as a partner because of their reputation and knowledge in the education and government sector. The Repstor products are all about Office 365 and SharePoint adoption, thus a logical expansion of the solutions that Circle Software offers to its customers.”
