De Heus Animal Nutrition is an international company whose core activity is the production and commercialisation of a complete range of high-quality compound feeds, premixes, concentrates and specialty feeds. De Heus has opted for the Custodian for Legal solution from Transform Data. This solution offers a complete matter management system within Sharepoint/Microsoft 365 and is based on Intapp’s OnePlace Collaboration & Content platform.
The legal department of De Heus were looking for a solution that could provide a central file overview, and also store documents and e-mails together, within their own Microsoft 365 environment. In addition, De Heus were looking for a system that matched the working practices of its lawyers. Integration to the MS Office applications, including the widely used Outlook, was a major contributing factor in the selection of Custodian for Legal.
The project has recently started and will be implemented during the summer period, after which De Heus employees will be trained and the system will go live.
